  • Improved Overlay layer display.
  • Improved bitmap capture (refactored getbitmap) for exporting graphics and videos.
  • Improved Run Log and model logging.
  • Improved cell information and tooltips.
  • Updated coordinate system reporting format.
  • Updated extraction of solar radiation at the cell bottom.
  • Added Plant Density half-saturation for the crowding option.
  • Enabled Velocity Limitation options.
  • Updated calibration plotting.
  • Updated network connectivity check to use msftconnecttest.
  • General code cleanup (removed commented and unused code).

EFDC+

Fixed Bugs

  • Corrected the reading function of swan.grp input file for models using SWAN as the external wind-wave model.
  • Fixed the vertical distribution of wave dissipation in the wind-wave model
  • Fixed the issue of the use of the ammonia preference variable in the Water Quality model. In previous EFDC+ versions, the ammonia preference was always assigned the value of the first algae group, regardless of the number of simulated groups.
  • Fixed the interpolation of the velocity value at cell faces in SGZ models
  • Fixed the issue of water flux in dry cells at one time step back

Improvements / Updates

  • Update SEDZLJ PERSED mass balance checking in the sediment transport model
  • Update Horizontal Diffusion Momentum Flux (HDMF) - Added flags (= 0 or 1) to adjust the HDMF calculation for cells located at corners and near wall regions.
  • Update the calculation of the External Density Gradient (EDG) in SGZ models - Updated the implementation to use a more appropriate method for determining bottom elevation and water depth between adjacent cells, as well as buoyancy values at cell faces.
